Banks Fry-Bake Co. has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and Banks Fry-Bake Co. is not responsible for any errors contained therein.

Order confirmation doesn’t constitute a final offer or contract. All orders are subject to management review and approval and if found to be invalid due to any reason, are subject to cancellation by management.
In case an item is not available, or out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within 7 days.
Payment Policy:
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover . There will be no surcharge for the use of a credit card. Your card will be billed once the order is processed and ready to be shipped.
When using your credit card be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number your credit card has on file on you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Banks Fry-Bake Co. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Banks Fry-Bake Co. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 must obtain pre approval. We may require verifications or information before accepting any order.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you would be required to refuse delivery of your shipment. A cancellation fee of 7% along with applicable fees and shipping charges will be charged to your account.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving for refund or replacement and the following terms and conditions will apply. Items may be returned after they have been used if you are dissatisfied with their performance but only if there is clear evidence that the product has been minimally used.
You are responsible for return shipping in all cases. Items cannot be returned after 60 days of receiving.
Important: Please include this form or a similar note with your return.
Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Banks Fry-Bake Co.
Exchanges: In addition, the customer will be charged the actual shipping cost of all items sent in exchange. You must provide credit card number or sufficient funds for exchanges.
Shipping charges are non refundable. Any damages or missing items to the original package will result in additional charges being assessed to your account.
Defective products: can be returned for replacement with the same product without fee. Banks Fry-Bake Co. will not cover the cost of shipping items back. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product by Banks Fry-Bake Co. without additional shipping charges.
Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of return of the product.
Credit will calculate based on the price of product on the date the returned item reaches Banks Fry-Bake Co. Customers wishing to return or replace any product after the return period from date of invoice must contact Banks Fry-Bake Co. Banks Fry-Bake Co. will have no liability after 60 days.
Safe Shopping Guarantee:
“We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Banks Fry-Bake Co. Transactional Information:
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase experience at Banks Fry-Bake Co. is secure. We also protect your purchase by preventing the shipment of merchandise to a fraudulent address. All billing addresses are verified electronically. Any customer shipping to an address that differs from the billing address must indicate same when placing order online or on the telephone.

Sales Tax Information:
If required by law, Banks Fry-Bake Co. will add sales tax to the order to be paid by the customer. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered in the State of New York.
Shipping Policy:
Banks Fry-Bake Co. does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Standard shipping takes 2 to 3 business days. Banks Fry-Bake Co. cannot control and is not responsible for customs duties levied on international shipments.
All stock items will ship within 24 hours, once the order has been processed. In the event that you would like to ship to your business address, we require the company name and phone number and we would be able to ship there, provided this is the same state as your billing address and the business is verifiable. Additional information may be required if the billing and shipping addresses are in two different states.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold : All Banks Fry-Bake Co. products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Banks Fry-Bake Co. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, included but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Banks Fry-Bake Co. arising from any product sold at www.frybake.com or by Banks Fry-Bake Co. shall be the price of the product ordered.
